A supportive space to be yourself

"One of the best things about my job is that I am able to witness the change people can make in their lives and the courage and strength a person can summon when given the space and opportunity to do so."

I understand that people come to counselling for many different reasons, and it may feel daunting. I believe it is an honour within my role as a therapist to sit alongside you while you share parts of your innermost self.

My experience

I have worked within education and various charities in my previous roles, and I’ve provided counselling services for several counselling organisations, including Arc Counselling and No 5 Young People's Counselling Service. Alongside seeing clients privately, I work as the lead counsellor for The Sixth Form College Farnborough part time, where I manage the counselling service in the College.

Counselling supervision

In addition to my therapy practice, I also work as a clinical supervisor. I supervise newly qualified, experienced and trainee counsellors, both individually and in groups. I also provide supervision to counsellors at No 5. To learn more about how I can support your counselling practice, click here.
