One of the best things about my job is that I am able to witness the change people can make in their lives and the courage and strength an individual can summon when given the space and opportunity to do so.

I understand that people come to counselling for many different reasons, and it can feel daunting. I believe it is an honour within my role as a counsellor to sit alongside you while you share your innermost self.

My Approach: My work as an integrative therapist means I draw from different established counselling and psychotherapy practices. This flexibility allows me to adapt and tailor the work we do to best suit your unique needs. After all, everyone is different, and no two experiences are the same.

Relational Focus: I believe that relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human. Together, we can explore the significant relationships in your life—whether with family, friends, work colleagues, or partners—and, most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself.

Therapy Experience: Therapy can be a time to step back from life's distractions, pressures, and external demands, allowing you to explore your internal world. My office is nestled in a serene, natural setting that provides a peaceful escape from the busyness of everyday life during your 50-minute session.

Previous Roles: I have worked within education and various charities in my previous roles, and I’ve provided counselling services for several counselling organisations, including Arc Counselling and No 5 Young People's Counselling Service.

Supervision Work: In addition to my therapy practice, I also work as a clinical supervisor. I supervise both qualified and trainee counsellors individually and in groups within my private practice. I also provide supervision to counsellors at No 5. To learn more about how I can support your counselling practice, click here.
