If you would like to enquire about making an appointment, booking an initial session or you have any questions, please contact me by phone or click here to email. I offer a free initial phone call, this gives me the opportunity to find out a little more about you and what you're looking for from counselling and you can get a sense of how we may work together and if we have mutual availability. There is no right or wrong thing to say or to talk about in counselling, you may feel nervous or anxious about our first session. This is completely understandable and we can talk about this and what feels comfortable for you to talk about when we first meet.
I offer appointments at The Grange Centre, 24 Barkham Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham, RG40 4EU.
